Terms of service

What you're buying, what we promise, what we don't, and how to stop. In plain English, because terms you can't read aren't terms you've agreed to.

Who you're dealing with

Wardith is a trading name of Kieran Smith, a sole trader. Not a limited company, so there's no company number to give you. Wardith isn't VAT registered, so the prices on this site are the prices you pay and there's no VAT to add.

  • Email hello@wardith.co.uk
  • Address Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park
    Wareham Road
    Poole
    Dorset
    BH16 6FA

That address is for serving documents and for the record. There's nobody sitting behind it — everything real happens by email, and you'll get a reply from a person within two working days.

What these terms cover

They apply when you buy anything from us: the £250 audit, the £800 Foundation, or any of the monthly plans. Buying means you accept them. If we've signed something separate with you, that document wins wherever the two disagree.

We can change these terms, and the date at the top is how you tell. A change never applies backwards to work you've already paid for. If you're on a monthly plan and we change something that matters to you, cancelling is the remedy, and it takes one email.

What you're buying

The pricing page is the definitive description of each service and what's in it, and the how it works page describes the method. In short:

  • The audit is a written report on how AI assistants answer questions about your business today, what's blocking you, and what we'd recommend — including "you don't need us", if that's the answer.
  • The Foundation is a fixed scope of setup work on your existing website. We don't build websites, and this isn't a redesign.
  • The monthly plans track how those answers change over time and keep your business facts current. Maintain reports gaps; Grow and Lead also close them.

The one promise nobody can honestly make

We cannot guarantee that any AI assistant will recommend your business, and we don't. ChatGPT, Google, Copilot, Perplexity and the rest are run by other companies. Their answers vary between runs, change without notice when a model is updated, and are not something anybody can buy a place in.

What we promise is the work: the checks are run as described, the report says what we actually found, and the recommendations are the ones we'd act on ourselves. Where the news is bad or the finding is "this isn't worth spending money on", the report says so. A measurement can come back saying you're already fine — that is a successful audit and it is not refundable on the grounds that you hoped for worse.

Timescales

We reply to anything you send within two working days. Your audit report follows within two working days of us confirming the scope and your payment. A Foundation starts within two working days of payment clearing.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays. Where we need something from you — access, an answer, a decision — the clock pauses until it arrives. If we're going to miss a date, you'll hear it from us before the date, not after.

Paying

The audit is paid upfront, by card. The Foundation and the monthly plans are invoiced, payable by bank transfer within 14 days of the invoice date, and the work starts when the payment clears rather than when the invoice is sent.

Card payments are handled by Revolut. We never see or hold your card details. Prices can change, but not on work you've already paid for, and not on a monthly plan without a month's notice by email.

Refunds

Written down in advance rather than decided case by case, because you should be able to see the answer before you pay rather than find out afterwards. We refund the audit in full if:

  • the website address you gave us is dead, mistyped, or isn't a website;
  • you gave us a social media profile where the audit needs a website;
  • your business is outside the area we cover;
  • you paid twice, or paid by accident;
  • you change your mind and tell us before we start the work; or
  • we look at your business and genuinely can't help it — which happens, and is our problem rather than yours.

Once the report is written and sent, the work has been done and it isn't refundable. If you think it's wrong, say so and we'll look again — we'd rather correct a report than argue about one.

The Foundation is refundable in full before work starts. Once it has started, we'll refund the part we haven't done. Monthly plans aren't refunded for part-months; see below.

Cancelling a monthly plan

Monthly plans roll month to month with no minimum term. Tell us before your next payment date and there won't be one. The month you've paid for runs to the end, and we don't refund part-months. Moving up or down a level works the same way. One email does it — there's nothing to navigate and nobody will ring you to ask why.

We can cancel too, with a month's notice, and we'll refund anything you've paid for time we won't be covering. If a payment fails and stays unpaid after we've asked, the plan stops.

What we need from you

  • Accurate information. The audit is built out of what you tell us about your business. Wrong inputs produce a confident report about the wrong thing, and that's not something a refund fixes.
  • Access, for the Foundation. The work changes your live website, so we need whatever gets us in, and we need you to have a backup you could actually restore. We'll take our own copy of anything we change before we change it.
  • The right to ask. That the website is yours, or that you're authorised to have us work on it.

Any access you give us is used for the agreed work and nothing else, and we tell you what we hold so you can revoke it. When a piece of work ends, ask and we'll confirm what's been handed back.

Who owns what

Your report and anything we write onto your website is yours, outright, once it's paid for. You can share it, publish it, or hand it to another supplier.

Our methods, templates and the question sets behind them stay ours. We may describe work in general terms — "an accountancy firm in the north west" — but we won't name you or publish anything identifiable as a case study, a testimonial or an example without asking you first and getting a yes.

Where the liability sits

We take responsibility for our own work, and we don't take responsibility for what other companies' systems decide to say about you.

If we get something wrong, what you can recover is limited to what you paid us for the piece of work it relates to, over the twelve months before the problem. We aren't liable for lost profits, lost business, or revenue you believe you would have had.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow to be limited — and if you're buying as a consumer rather than for a business, your statutory rights are unaffected by any of this.

Your information

What we collect, why, who sees it and how long we keep it is in the privacy notice. The short version: what you send us is used to do the work you asked for, it isn't sold, and it isn't shared with anyone who isn't part of delivering it.

If something goes wrong

Email us first. Most things that look like disputes are a misunderstanding about scope, and one honest exchange settles them. If it can't be settled that way, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
