How does Wardith get you found?

Three stages, in order: find out where you stand, fix what's in the way, then keep you visible as the AI systems change.

Three stages, and the way out of each one

  1. Audit

Find out where you stand today.

It can end here. If there's nothing meaningful to fix, the report says so and we don't sell you the next stage.

  2. Foundation

Fix what the audit found, on the website you already have.

It can end here too. Foundation is a one-off piece of work with a fixed scope, and nothing about it obliges you to take a monthly plan.

  3. Ongoing

Keep checking, as the assistants and their sources change.

And it can end whenever you like. Monthly, no minimum term.

  1. The audit

    £250 · one-off

We start by asking the major AI assistants the questions your customers would ask, in your service area and your specialism, and recording exactly what they say. We check whether they know your business exists, what they believe about you, whether it's accurate, and who they recommend instead of you.

Then we look at why. We check what the AI crawlers can and can't read on your website, and whether anything on it answers the questions being asked. We also check the places outside your website that these systems draw on, because that is where most of the fixable problems turn out to be: your Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Companies House if you're a company, whichever professional register applies to your trade, the main directories, and your LinkedIn and Facebook pages. We record your name, address and phone exactly as each one has them. An old address on a listing nobody has looked at in five years is exactly the kind of problem businesses often don't realise is still public.

You get a short written report in plain English: where you show up today, what's blocking you, and what we'd do about it. If you're already in good shape, the report says so and we don't try to sell you the next stage.

  2. The Foundation

    £800 · one-off

The audit tells us what's wrong. The Foundation is the fixed-scope work that addresses the underlying issues we're equipped to fix. We work on the website you already have; we don't rebuild websites. It does four things:

    • Makes your website reachable and readable. AI crawlers are allowed in, and your pages arrive as plain text a machine can read, without needing a browser to assemble them first.
    • Makes the facts about your business unambiguous. Who you are, what you do, where you operate and what you charge, added as structured data so those facts are explicitly machine-readable rather than left to be inferred from the layout of the page.
    • Stops your own information contradicting itself. Name, services, location and contact details made consistent everywhere they appear online, so nothing has to decide which version of you to believe.
    • Fills the two gaps that cost you most. Two permanent pages that directly answer questions your customers ask, in language an assistant can quote. Your audit decides which two. They'll be the questions you're most visibly missing from.

That's the whole of it, and the scope is fixed on purpose: you know before you start exactly what you're buying. Not every audit leads here. If the biggest thing in your way sits outside those four, as it did when we ran the audit on ourselves, we'll tell you that instead of quietly adding it to the bill.

  3. Ongoing

    from £150 · per month

AI systems, the search indexes behind them and the sources they draw on all change constantly, so visibility is something you maintain rather than something you buy once. Once the foundations are in place we keep testing: where you appear, what has changed since last month, where competitors have gained ground, and which questions you're still missing from. The higher plans go further than watching — they close the gaps as they're found. Which plan does what is on the pricing page.

What don't we do?

We don't guarantee recommendations. Nobody can responsibly guarantee a particular recommendation, because the answer is produced by the AI system rather than by whoever is working on your business. What we do is put the things we can observe and influence in place, and show you, in plain before-and-after terms, how you're showing up.

We don't build websites. The work happens on the site you already have. If your site has problems beyond our scope, the audit will say so honestly.

We don't do lock-ins. Tell us before your next payment date and there won't be one.

Every stage has to earn the next one.

The audit costs £250, is a one-off, and tells you where you appear today — including the awkward finding that you might not need us.
